Resumen

Eds. Harry C. Sigman, Eva- Maria Kieninger. A comprehensive introductory chapter by the editors analyzes the issues presented by the case studies, including, by way of comparison and contrast, references to European instruments and the Uniform Commercial Code (U.S.) Article 9, as well as providing a comprehensive study of the private international law issues. The book will assist market participants and their counsel to better understand the rules of their own countries and other countries, will be of great value to academics in the private, comparative and private international law fields and
