Book which covers all the Remington system weapon manufactured by several Guipuzcoan factories (located in the Basque Country, in the North of Spain) during the Third Carlist War 1872-1876. It focuses on the production of weapons in the factories of La Euscalduna (Placencia de las Armas), La Azpeitiana (Azpeitia) and some workshops in Éibar. Factories, technology, machinery, models, production, brands, identification are described. At the end of the book it Is enclosed a catalog with the different Remington models from existing weapons kept in Spanish museums, with firearms from the Basque Museums (SanTelmo in San Sebastián, Museo de la Industria Armera in Éibar, Museo de la Armería in Vitoria) and from some Military Museums.
